About these Terms

Moryvanta (“Moryvanta”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Burhani Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms form a contract between you and Burhani Digital Ltd.

If you are buying as a consumer, you also have legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

Your account

• You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from Moryvanta.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date, including your email address, as that is where order and download information is sent.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, and each account is for one person only. Sharing logins or reselling access to your account is not allowed.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or puts the site or other customers at risk.

Products and licences

WordPress themes and plugins

WordPress themes and plugins sold on Moryvanta are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 or later, the same licence under which their authors release them. We supply the original, unmodified files. The GPL lets you use, study, modify and install them on as many websites as you own or build for clients.

Design assets

Graphics, fonts, icons, UI templates, mockups and other design assets are provided under the licence shown on their product page. Unless that licence says otherwise, you may use them in your own and client projects, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the original files as they are, whether on their own or as part of a bundle, template marketplace or asset library.

Trademarks

Product names, logos and brands mentioned on Moryvanta belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products. Their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights you have under the GPL or any other licence that applies to a product.

Membership plans

Memberships give you access to download products from the Moryvanta library for the length of your plan.

• Plans: Monthly (30 days), 6 Months, Yearly and Lifetime All-Access. The price, length and daily download limit of each plan are shown on the Membership page at the time you buy.
• Daily downloads: each download uses one credit. Your credits refresh every day and unused credits do not roll over.
• No auto-renewal: every plan is a one-time payment. We never charge you again automatically. When a plan ends, downloads stop until you buy a new plan.
• After your plan ends: files you have already downloaded remain yours to use under their licence.
• Lifetime: “Lifetime” means for as long as Moryvanta operates the store, with the daily limit of the Lifetime plan.
• Library changes: we add products regularly and may occasionally update or remove a product, for example at a rights holder’s request.
• Fair use: memberships are for your own and your clients’ projects. Automated or bulk downloading, scraping, or using a membership to build a competing library is not allowed.

Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
• A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or show the order confirmation page.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Promotions and discount codes apply only as described and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Delivery and downloads

Products are digital and delivered instantly. After payment you can download them from the order confirmation page and from My Account › Downloads. Download links and limits may apply, so please keep your own backup copies of the files you download.

If you cannot access a product you have paid for, contact us at support@moryvanta.com and we will fix it.

Cancellation and refunds

Because products are delivered digitally and immediately, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once a download has started with your agreement. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or, if we cannot fix it, a refund.

Acceptable use

When using Moryvanta you must not:

• break any law, or use products for unlawful purposes;
• share, sell or publish your account, download links or membership access;
• scrape the site, use bots to download products, or interfere with the site’s security or performance;
• upload or send anything harmful, such as malware;
• make fraudulent orders or payment disputes.

Our intellectual property

The Moryvanta name and logo, website design, product images, descriptions and other original content on moryvanta.com belong to Burhani Digital Ltd and may not be copied without our permission. Products themselves remain the property of their authors and are licensed as described in section 3.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first at support@moryvanta.com. We will always try to resolve it quickly. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, we may pause access to downloads and the related membership while it is reviewed, and restore access if it is resolved in your favour.

Our responsibility to you

• We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
• If faulty digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content, and this happens because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation.
• Products are provided by their original authors. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or suitable for every setup; please check each product’s requirements before buying.
• If you use Moryvanta for business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Moryvanta and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we will refund the unused portion of any active membership.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or our services. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. We will show the date of the latest update at the top of this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live elsewhere, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
