APEX Lite is a Figma UI kit for iOS fitness, training and nutrition apps, designed for people who want to ship a product rather than just admire a mockup. It maps out the complete journey of a workout app, from the first splash screen and onboarding through sign-in, guided profile setup and a home dashboard, to a browsable workout library and the full in-session workout cycle, including empty and system states.

The whole file runs on a tokenised design system. Colours, spacing and corner radii are bound to Figma variables, so changing the accent colour once updates every screen, and the documentation page reads its swatches straight from those variables. Screens use auto-layout, every layer follows one naming convention, and components are grouped into a clean library, which makes the kit fast to rebrand and easy to hand over to developers.
